My name is Adison Cooper, the Chief Reporter for The JLO Journal. I am a 12 year old 7th grade student at John L. Ory Magnet School in Laplace, LA. I have been on the Honor Roll all 3 years I’ve been at John L. Ory, and it is my home away from home. I enjoy being a part of the school outside of the classroom too. My extracurricular activities include, softball, volleyball, and BETA club. I love ice cream, especiallymint chocolate chip. My favorite colors are blue and pink. I find joy in my friends, family, sports, and school. I am the oldest of three children in my family, and my parents are Thomas Cooper and Sondra Crochet. My sister’s names are Adele and Adalyn and they also attend John L. Ory Magnet School. I have a dog named Bubba (even though he thinks he is human) that is also part of the family. I love my family very much, and they support me in everything I do. When I am older, I would love to be a professional sports player in either softball or volleyball. Lastly, I am very excited to participate in writing for the JLO Journal and I hope you enjoy it.
